At Lotus Path Yoga Therapy, I help people move out of pain, navigate stress, and stay strong and capable as they age. My approach blends modern, evidence-informed understanding of the body with the depth of yoga therapy to create sessions that are personalized, practical, and sustainable.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), I work with chronic pain, nervous system health, and the physical changes that come with aging—not by forcing the body, but by understanding how it adapts. I believe your body isn’t broken; it’s communicating. Together, we use that information to reduce pain, improve mobility, and build a more resilient, trustworthy relationship with your body.
